Windows Update KB4515384 (for Windows 10, version 1903 or Windows Server 2019, version 1903) causes the Sage 100 PDF Converter to potentially not appear on the Windows Printers & Scanner page (Control Panel, Devices & Printers)

1. Reinstall the Sage 100 PDF Converter following one of two methods:

• Reinstall Sage 100 PDF Converter from Paperless Office Advanced Options
  1. Right-click Sage 100 shortcut and choose "Run as Administrator" option
  2. Log into Sage 100
  3. Select File, Run from Sage 100 Toolbar
  4. Type: PL_AdvancedOptions_Ui
  5. Select OK
  6. Select OK to select default date
  7. Select 'Install Converter'
  8. Exit Paperless Office Advanced Options

or Uninstall/Reinstall the Sage 100 workstation.

2. If unable to install the Sage 100 PDF converter, Uninstall Windows Update KB4515384, then reinstall the Sage 100 PDF converter.
