- We’ve seen Sage 100 PDF Converter registry entries disappear or get corrupted
- Reinstalling the converter usually restores the missing registry entries
If the registry key at ..\HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG\Software no longer shows Sage 100 PDF Converter, follow these steps: - Open the Control Panel, go to User Accounts, then Change User Account Control Settings. Set it to Never Notify.
- Remove the Sage 100 PDF Converter printer from Control Panel, Devices and Printers.
- Reinstall the converter using the PL_AdvancedOptions_Ui utility in Sage 100.
