| Resolution | Reinstall Sage 100 PDF Converter from Paperless Office Advanced Options - Right-click the Sage 100 shortcut and choose "Run as Administrator" option.
- Log into Sage 100.
- Select File, Run from Sage 100 Toolbar.
- Type: PL_AdvancedOptions_Ui.
- Select OK.
- Select OK to select default date.
- Select 'Install Converter'.
- Exit Paperless Office Advanced Options, and try printing to Paperless Office again.
Verify the Sage PDF Converter registry key is in place - Click the Start button, click Run, and enter Regedit.
- Open Registry Key Hkey Current Config, Software, Sage PDF Converter.
- Sage 100 2020/2021 with Amyuni Document Converter 600 version 6.0.4.1 moves the registry entry moved to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/HKEY_CURRENT
- Uninstall and reinstall the converter through the Paperless Office Advanced Options menu.
- Export the registry key from a working workstation of the same operating system. Then import into the affected one using Regedit.
- After making changes, print a report to verify Paperless Office functions properly.
Verify the user has full rights/permissions - Make sure the user has full rights to the directory where you save the PDF files.
- As a test, point the directory to the .../MAS90 directory of the installation.
- See if you can create the PDF files without the error message.
If the error occurs after Windows upgrade (that is. Windows 11 24H2 update) - Uninstall Sage 100 Workstation.
- Reinstall the Sage 100 Workstation.

- Did the installer fail to create the keys? Check for network restrictions or antivirus blocking the PDF converter setup
- To fix permissions, right-click the registry key, allow read/write/modify for the user group, then click Advanced
- Check the Replace all child object permission entries with inheritable permission entries from this object
