  2. Log into Sage 100
  3. Select File, Run from Sage 100 Toolbar

  7. Select 'Install Converter'
  8. Exit Paperless Office Advanced Options, and try printing to Paperless Office again.

Option 2:  Verify the Sage PDF Converter registry key is in place:

  1. Click the Start button, click Run, and enter Regedit
  2. Open Registry Key: "Hkey Current Config / Software / Sage PDF Converter".

Note: In Sage 100 2020/2021 and the latest updated Sage 100 PDF Converter (using Amyuni Document Converter 600 version 6.0.4.1) the Windows Registry entry has moved from HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/HKEY_CURRENT_

    2. Export the key from a working workstation (of the same operating system), and import it into the affected system.
    3. After making changes, print a report to verify Paperless Office functions properly.

Option 3:  Verify the user has full rights/permissions to the directory that the PDF files are being saved in. As a test point the directory to the .../MAS90 directory of the installation and see if PDF files can be created without the error message

Option 4:  If occurs after Windows feature upgrade (i.e. Windows 11 24H2 update)

                1.  Uninstall\Reinstall Sage 100 workstation

Note: If you do not have access to another working workstation or these registry keys, contact Sage Customer Support to provide copies for you. If the keys are not created during the installation of the PDF converter, the registry keys are not being created (due to network permissions or antivirus software).

You can set permissions on the Windows Registry key created for Sage 100 PDF Converter (if it exists) to allow read/write/modify for the appropriate user group then select Advanced, highlight the permissions you created for the appropriate user group and choose the "Replace all child object permission entries with inheritable permission entries from this object."
