Windows 10 updates and later Print Spooler security fixes can affect printing functionality in Sage 100. These changes can also affect Sage 100 Paperless Office.
Resolution
Reinstall the Sage 100 PDF Converter
If Sage 100 Paperless Office is affected, reinstall the Sage 100 PDF Converter from Paperless Office Advanced Options.
Right-click the Sage 100 shortcut, and select Run as Administrator.
Sign in to Sage 100.
On the Sage 100 toolbar, select File, Run.
Type PL_AdvancedOptions_Ui.
Select OK.
Select OK to use the default date.
Select Install Converter.
Exit Paperless Office Advanced Options.
Test printing to Paperless Office again.
TIP:
If printing issues continue after reinstalling the converter, review the Related Solutions below.
CAUTION:
It isn’t recommended to uninstall the Windows update to resolve the issue.
