Windows 10 updates and subsequent updates to fix Printing Issues (Print Spooler fixes) have caused issues printing in Sage 100.

Reinstall Sage 100 PDF Converter from Paperless Office Advanced Options

1. Right-click Sage 100 shortcut and choose "Run as Administrator" option
2. Log into Sage 100
3. Select File, Run from Sage 100 Toolbar
4. Type: PL_AdvancedOptions_Ui
5. Select OK
6. Select OK to select default date
7. Select 'Install Converter'
8. Exit Paperless Office Advanced Options and try printing to Paperless again
