Description
Cause

Another application, possibly Acronis Backup, is locking files in ...\MAS90\Lib\_appserv and preventing pvxwin32.exe from modifying them.

Resolution
  1. Stop or uninstall Acronis Backup.
  2. Restart the application server or service.
  3. If the issue persists:
