Set Up Security option is grayed out

Description

Cause

The user is not logged into the company as the Administrator.

Resolution

Have the administrator log into the company.
If you do not know the administrator user name and/or password, refer to Forgot password or user name and/or password not working
If you are logged in as an administrator and Set Up User Security is still greyed out, refer to Set Up Security option is greyed out when logged in as administrator
