Resolution | - Log all users out of Sage 100 Contractor.
- Stop the Hosting Framework Service.
- Go to the following folder locations and rename the Licensing folder to Licensing_OLD or Licensing_OLD2.
- For the current version of Sage 100 Contractor: C:\ProgramData\Sage\CRE\HostingFramework\Sage.100.Contractor.HostingFramework.Service.4.6\Licensing
- For versions 20 through 21.1.8: C:\ProgramData\Sage\CRE\HostingFramework\Sage.100.Contractor.HostingFramework.Service.1.2\Licensing
- For versions 19 or earlier: C:\ProgramData\Sage\CRE\HostingFramework\Sage.SMB.HostingFramework.Service.1.2\Licensing
- Restart the service from Step 2.
- Connect to License Administration for Sage 100 Contractor.
- If the Registration information section is blank, click Edit registration information. Enter your Sage client ID and Registration name.
- Click OK and then Update license information.
