Note: For hands-on instruction on how to customize forms, see Customizing forms training. 1. Make sure you have the correct form selected - Select Lists, Vendors & Purchases, and then click Payments.
- Double-click a check, and then click Print.
- Click the Select Form button, and then select the correct custom form from the list.
- Click OK.
- Click Print.
- Verify the form prints correctly.
2. Recreate damaged PTR files - Close Sage 50 on all computers.
- Browse to your data path.
- Select all PTR files.
- Right-click, and then click Delete.
- Reopen Sage 50.
- Verify that you can now print the form.
3. Update settings - Update printer settings.
- Verify that you can now print the form.
4. Restore custom form from a backup 5. Re-customize the form - Recreate the form from one of the standard forms in the system.
- Verify that you can now print the form.
- Make the new customized form your default form, if desired.
