Custom form prints out incorrectly

1. Make sure you have the correct form selected

  1. Select Lists, Vendors & Purchases, and then click Payments.
  2. Double-click a check, and then click Print.
  3. Click the Select Form button, and then select the correct custom form from the list.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Print.
  6. Verify the form prints correctly.

2. Recreate damaged PTR files

  1. Close Sage 50 on all computers.
  2. Browse to your data path.
  3. Select all PTR files.
  4. Right-click, and then click Delete.
  5. Reopen Sage 50.
  6. Verify that you can now print the form.

3. Update settings

  1. Update printer settings.
  2. Verify that you can now print the form.

4. Restore custom form from a backup

5. Re-customize the form

  1. Recreate the form from one of the standard forms in the system.
  2. Verify that you can now print the form.
  3. Make the new customized form your default form, if desired.
