Section 1: Internet settings

  1. Close Sage 50.
  2. Select Windows Start, Control Panel, and then select Internet Options.
  3. Under Browsing History, select Delete.
  4. Delete Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and History.
  5. Select the Security tab.
  6. Select Trusted sites.
  7. Select Sites button.
  8. Clear Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone box.
  9. In the Add this website to the zone field, enter *.peachtree.com and then select Add. Also add *.sage.com, peachpay.com, *.gstatic.com, and *.auth0.com (that is a zero, not an O).
  10. Click Close.
  11. Select the Privacy tab. Click Sites.
  12. Type in peachtree.com and click Allow. Also allow sage.com, gstatic.com, and peachpay.com. Click OK.
  13. Still under the Privacy tab, click the Advanced button.
  14. Select Accept under First-party Cookies and Third-party Cookies, and make sure Always allow session cookies is checked.
  15. Click OK and then click OK again to confirm the settings.
  16. Verify you are able to run the WebSync Wizard.

Section 2: Windows security settings and Internet security programs

  1. Disable any antivirus/firewalls/Internet security.
  2. Disable User Account Control; refer to DocLink: How to disable User Account Control (UAC).
  3. Right-click Sage icon, and then select Run as administrator.
  4. Run WebSync Wizard.

Section 3: WebSync Wizard is slow to open and then gets Error: "We're having issues connecting to your service."
