Section 1: Internet settings - Close Sage 50.
- Select Windows Start, Control Panel, and then select Internet Options.
- Under Browsing History, select Delete.
- Delete Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and History.
- Select the Security tab.
- Select Trusted sites.
- Select Sites button.
- Clear Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone box.
- In the Add this website to the zone field, enter *.peachtree.com and then select Add. Also add *.sage.com, peachpay.com, *.gstatic.com, and *.auth0.com (that is a zero, not an O).
- Click Close.
- Select the Privacy tab. Click Sites.
- Type in peachtree.com and click Allow. Also allow sage.com, gstatic.com, and peachpay.com. Click OK.
- Still under the Privacy tab, click the Advanced button.
- Select Accept under First-party Cookies and Third-party Cookies, and make sure Always allow session cookies is checked.
- Click OK and then click OK again to confirm the settings.
- Verify you are able to run the WebSync Wizard.
Section 2: Windows security settings and Internet security programs - Disable any antivirus/firewalls/Internet security.
- Disable User Account Control; refer to DocLink: How to disable User Account Control (UAC).
- Right-click Sage icon, and then select Run as administrator.
- Run WebSync Wizard.
