Cause | The lease status is Cancelled, Historical, or Future. |
Resolution | Recurring charges are not created for leases with a Cancelled, Historical, or Future status. Verify the lease status as follows: - From the Tasks menu, select Manage Leases, Change Lease.
- Click the General, Dates/Status tab.
- Verify the status under Lease status and then click Close.
- If the lease status is incorrect, refer one of the following articles as appropriate for your case:
- Run a Generate Rent Roll Trial Run again to confirm it resolved the issue.
