This issue can occur when printing reports, checks, or other forms.

The user has insufficient network permissions on printer objects.

Update permissions

Set sufficient network permissions on network printer objects.

1. Browse to your network printer objects.
2. Right-click the default printer object and select Printer Properties.
   Note: If the error occurs while printing to a .PDF or a .XLS file, verify permissions on the TS PDF Generator.
3. Go to the Security tab.
4. Check Allow on the proper users group for Print, Manage Printers and Manage Documents checkbox.
5. Click OK.

Note: If you're on Windows 10, try running the program as an administrator

Error: "Printer not activated. Error Code -30"
Error: "This program has quit. The TS PDF Generator printer is not installed. [TS 4220]"
