Manually install/reinstall the TS PDF Generator:
- Go to Start, Settings, Devices, and Printers and Scanners.
- Delete the Amyuni Document Printer and the TS PDF Generator if these printers appear on your list.
- Locate the Amyuni installer depending on the version:
- For version 12.1 or ealier
- Browse to the install.exe located at \\[Server Name]\Timberline Office\9.5\Accounting\WinInst\Prerequisites\Amyuni.
- For version 13.1 or later
- Browse to the RunAmyUniInst.exe in \\[ServerName]\ProgramData\Sage\TIMBERLINE OFFICE\9.5\ACCOUNTING\WinInst\Prerequisites\PDF Converter
- Note: The Amyuni installer runs Silently.
- Double-click the install.exe or Run AmyUniInst.exe file and install the TS PDF Generator.
- Note: Receiving the message "Copying xmlite.dll file Error Code 2" does not indicate a failed installation.
- Click OK.
- Select Start, Printers and Faxes.
- Rename the Amyuni Document Printer to TS PDF Generator, if necessary.
- Note: If there are other applications that use the Amyuni Driver, you may need to check Printer Properties to find and rename the printer object
- Right-click the TS PDF Generator and select Printer Properties.
- On the Advanced tab, verify that setting are set to:
- Always Available
- Priority: 1
- Driver: Amyuni Document Converter 400 or Amyuni Document Converter 450
- Spool print documents so program finishes printing faster
- Start printing after last page is spooled
- Uncheck the box "Enable Advanced Printing Features"
- On the Security tab:
- Set the user or the Everyone group to allow Print, Manage this printer, and Manager documents.
- On the Ports tab, make sure the printer is using the NUL: port
- Print your document to Excel from Sage Timberline Office.
