• eFiling and Reporting needs to be installed on a workstation. This is not a server application.

Install Federal & State eFiling and Reporting:

1. Browse to the ..\MAS90\Wksetup and Right Click on Autorun.exe and click Run as Administrator
2. Select to Install Federal and State eFiling and Reporting

Windows 7 and higher:

1. If eFiling & Reporting is already installed, disable the (UAC) User Account Control.  For more information, see Related Article below, How to disable User Account Controls (UAC)

User Account Control (or UAC) is included in Windows to help prevent unauthorized changes to your computer. UAC notifies you when changes are going to be made to your computer that require administrator-level permission. These types of changes can affect the security of your computer or can affect settings for other people that use the computer.

If error persist:

1. Using add/remove programs, uninstall State and Federal eFiling and Reporting
2. Disable UAC (set to Never Notify), see related article below
3. Reinstall eFiling and Reporting with the UAC disabled (see Related Article below, How to Install Federal & State eFiling and Reporting)
