1. Back up your data.
2. Open Modules, then Library Master, then Utilities, then Rebuild Sort Files.
3. Review the warning and click OK.
4. In Rebuild Sort Files, select the application in the Module field. Also select the Company Code in the Company field.
5. Choose the module with incorrect quantities. For example, select Sales Order if On SO is wrong.
6. Click Proceed, then answer module-specific questions.
   • For Purchase Order, click Yes to recalculate On PO quantity based on open purchase orders.
   • For Sales Order, click Yes to recalculate On SO quantity based on open sales orders.
   • For Work Order, click Yes to recalculate On WO quantity based on open work orders.
7. Close the Rebuild Sort Files window.

Quantities in Inventory Maintenance or Inquiry aren’t correct
On Backorder quantity, doesn’t match the Orders tab in Item Maintenance
The quantity On PO isn’t reflecting the correct open purchase order quantity
Qty On PO is incorrectly calculated when using Rebuild Sort Files
Item Inquiry On SO quantity doesn’t match the Orders tab total quantity
