Description
Cause

Workstation is pointing to the wrong Sage 100 ERP install path
(confirmed using File > Run > *info)

Resolution
[BCB:4:Operating system warning:ECB]
[BCB:5:Third-party support:ECB]
  1. Right-click on Sage 100 ERP shortcut
  2. Select, Properties
  3. Note the Target and Start in paths
  4. Edit both paths so they are pointing to the correct Sage 100 ERP install path
  5. Click, OK
