| | Deductions, Fringes, or Pays are missing from Box 12 or 14 on my W-2 forms (W-2 form not set up correctly) |
| Cause | The W-2 form was not set up to print in Box 12 or 14 When a W-2 form is created (Tools, Modify Forms, W-2 Forms), box 12 and 14 are blank. If a value needs to print in one of these boxes, set it up when you modify the form in Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate. |
