How do I add a column to the Aatrix W-2/1099 or T4 Preparer grid?

Note: Federal and state taxes are added to the W-2 form automatically. If a tax is missing from your W-2, confirm that you are on the latest version of Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate and see the links below.

  1. Right click on the Green header on the Aatrix grid.
  2. Select Insert, enter a name of the column.
  3. Enter a default cell value, or leave this blank.
  4. The column header will then turn yellow and show as Unassigned.
  5. Click the Unassigned drop down and select the appropriate box and code.
  6. Manually populate the amounts for the column.
