Resolution | Information - Archiving work orders also archives the invoices associated with the workers
- You may not be able to archive work orders from Agreements or with Purchase Orders

Archive data - Back up your data files.
- Start Service Management.
- From the Tools menu, select Archive Wizard.
- Click Next.
- Have all operators close Service Management, and click Next.
- Select the Current to History button or History to Current depending on what you need to move.
- In the Set Criteria window, select the appropriate criteria to include the work orders you need to archive.
- Click Start to move the work orders.
- Click Finish.
