Update union rates for Payroll

Cause
Resolution
  1. Select, Setup, Unions, Locals.
  2. Click List and select the union.
  3. Press ENTER and then click Local.
  4. Click List and select the local.
  5. Press ENTER and then click Class.
  6. Click List and select the class.
  7. Make any needed changes.
  8. If there's any Limit for the deducts/fringes/other pays, update them as needed.
     TIP: Use the scrollbar on the bottom to move to the far right of the grid. 
  9. To finish and exit the table, click Accept, Close, Accept, Close, Save, Close.

 NOTE: The Employee Deduction and Employee Fringe record take priority over the Union Setup and the setup of a Deduction or Fringe.
