Ports

  • The default SQL port is TCP\IP 45812

Folders

If your anti-virus/firewall software supports adding folders as exceptions, it is recommended to do this.

Server and Workstation:

Add C:\Program Files (x86)\Innovative Software Design\ folder and all its sub folders to the anti-virus exceptions or white list and the firewall (software or hardware) exceptions list.

Executables

If your anti-virus/firewall software does not support adding folders, then add the following executables.

Server:

  • Myassistant.exe, MyAssistantConfigurationManger.exe, TaskRunner.exe and ReportRunner.exe - The default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Innovative Software Design\My Assistant.
  • MyAssistantConfigurationManager.exe - The default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Innovative Software Design\My Assistant.
  • isdadminservice.exe and TaskRunner.exe for the task service - C:\Program Files (x86)\Innovative Software Design\My Assistant\TaskService.
  • isdadminservice.exe for the sender service - The default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Innovative Software Design\My Assistant\SenderService

Workstation:

  • Myassistant.exe - The default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Innovative Software Design\My Assistant.
  • adxregistrator.exe - The default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Innovative Software Design\Sage MyCommunicator for Outlook (if you have MyCommunicator)
