The Sage Fixed Assets Database Conversion Program will first analyze the existing databases to determine its conversion status. The Status column displays the status of each database. - Conversion Complete: This status indicates the database is on the currently used database schema and doesn’t require conversion
- Ready to Convert: This status indicates that the database is ready to convert to the latest version
- Incompatible Version: This status means you can't convert the database due to two or more missed schema changes. See Database conversion status: Incompatible Version
- Cannot Open: This status indicates that you can't convert the database for one of these reasons:
- The database was moved and the system can’t locate it
- The database or log files are corrupt
- The System account doesn’t have full control of the share
- The database path in the Database List Manager differs from the one used to connect to BESTSYS.DB
- For Premier edition: The WINFAS user doesn’t have DB_Owner rights to the Asset database
