 Recalculate the account balances. 
	- Have all users log off of Sage 100 ERP. (This step is necessary to ensure that no transactions post to General Ledger during the recalculation.)
 
	- Open General Ledger, Utilities, Recalculate Account Balances.
 
 
If issue persists after Recalculate Account Balances, check the Years to Retain General Ledger History is sufficient for the number of years containing data. For example if the Current Fiscal Year is 2008 and transactions have already been entered for 2010, the Years to Retain must be at least 3 years. 
	- Open General Ledger, Setup, General Ledger Options
 
	- Increase the Years to Retain General Ledger History
 
	- Click Accept button
 
	- Open General Ledger, Utilities, Recalculate Account Balances 
 
	- Click Proceed button
 
 
  
If issue still persists, reinitialize GL_PeriodPostingHistory 
NOTE: Beginning balances may need to be reentered after Reinitializing GL_PeriodPostingHistory. 
	- Open, Library Master, Utilities, Reinitialize Data Files.
 
	- Select the company code, and select General Ledger in the Module list.
 
	- Select GL_PeriodPostingHistory, and click Proceed.
 
	- Open General Ledger, Utilities, Recalculate Account Balances.
 
	- Click Proceed.
