File Location for Printouts is invalid or someone has unchecked Automatically print journal to file under Options.

1. Use a UNC path to set the Data Folder path for Printouts to a valid location in File Locations (File, Company Settings, File Locations).
2. Verify in Tools, Options, Journals tab that Automatically print journal to file is still selected and that there is a Journal Folder and a Journal File specified.
