Set the default File Location for Reports:
- From the File menu select, Company Settings, File Locations.
- In the window that pops up, scroll down to Reports field.
- Enter the correct file path for your Reports.
- Click OK.
Note: It is recommended that you use a UNC (Universal Naming Convention) path rather than a mapped network drive. If there is no path for the Reports file type in File Locations, Sage 300 CRE will automatically look in the default location for a report under \\ServerName\TIMBERLINE OFFICE\9.5\ACCOUNTING\Report.
Individual reports may be saved to a specific location by saving the default path in the report in Report Designer.
