| Resolution | NOTE: Back up the Windows registry and data before making changes - Log in as Administrator and verify the report runs without error
- Open Excel and check the Excel Options for the BIGenerator COM Add-in and Report Designer Add-in
- If the BI Tools menu appears for Administrator but not other users, try these steps
Edit the registry - Log in as Administrator, click Start menu, in the run field type regedit and press ENTER.
- Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Office > Excel > Add-Ins > BIGenerator.
- Right-click BIGenerator and select Export.
- Log in to the same machine as a user experiencing the error. Click Start menu, in the run field type regedit and press ENTER.
- Click File, Import.
- Select the registry file you exported from other machine and click Open.
- Verify BIGenerator displays under HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Office > Excel > Add-Ins folder.
Uninstall and Reinstall as Administrator - Log in as user and uninstall Sage 100 ERP Workstation Setup
- Browse to ..\MAS90\Wksetup, right-click Autorun.exe, select Run as Administrator
- Install Sage 100 ERP Workstation and complete the wizard

- Close Excel and Sage Intelligence.
- Uninstall Sage Intelligence and the related components. Uninstall Workstation Setup
- Perform a clean reinstall of Sage Intelligence and Report Designer Add-in. Install Workstation Setup for Sage 100
- Install the appropriate version of Sage Intelligence Sage Intelligence Setup and Troubleshooting Guide
- Register Sage Intelligence using License Manager.
- Verify reports run successfully in Report Manager.
More Notes - Launch Excel at least once per user if using Citrix
- Ensure users have full control permissions to the Microsoft Office folder
- Try running Sage 100 as Administrator. Right-click the Sage 100 shortcut and select Run as Administrator
