Note: My Tasks customizations are available in Classic Desktop mode only, not in the new Standard Desktop mode

• Public Folder task data is stored in the MNUTASKP.INI file
  • Location: "..\MAS90\MAS_System"
• Private Folder task data is stored in the MNUTASKS.INI file
  • Location: "..\MAS90\Launcher\\"
    • Example: For Sage 100 User Logon: JSM, Windows Login: JSmith, the location would be "..\MAS90\Launcher\JSM\JSmith"
  • For the Sage 100 Standard edition, the location is on the server where Sage 100 is installed.
  • For the Sage 100 Advanced or Premium editions, the location is where the Workstation Setup files are installed.

Note: When you create a Private Folder, a directory is created for each unique combination of Sage 100 User Logon and Windows Logon. So if someone logs into Sage 100 Standard from a different workstation, but uses the same Windows logon and the same Sage 100 logon, the associated private tasks appear on the My Tasks tab since storage is at the server. But if someone logs into Sage 100 Advanced or Premium from a different workstation, the same private tasks may not appear since the workstation is different.
