Error: Cost Code does not exist.
Description
Cause
The end user does not have access in Job Cost to Setup > Cost Codes in their Role setup.
Resolution

There are two solutions:

  1. Modify the Role the user is assigned to include Setup > Cost codes. This will enable the user to create these on-the-fly when entering Purchase Orders. For more information on adding a Task to an assigned Role, see the article included.
  2. Have another user with access to Cost Code Setup create the cost codes.
