You can find the product activation codes on the Sage portal.

1. Go to https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com/
2. Select Logon (Sign Up) on the top right of the page. See information on how to create an account.
3. Enter Username and Password in the Customer Portal Logon section.
4. Click Logon.
5. On the right, click Product Information.
6. Select My active Services and Plans from the drop down.
7. In the Select your product drop down, select Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate.
8. Locate Sage 300 CRE SUB MyAssistant [Server/Designer] or Sage 300 CRE MyAssistant [Server/Designer]. See details on what license to use.
9. Locate the key under the column for Activation Code.
10. If you don't see the codes, contact Sage Support.

I upgraded the MyAssistant server, or I need to move MyAssistant the license from one workstation, server or user to another.
