Section I: Uninstall and reinstall Actian Zen

  1. Remove Actian Zen; refer to How to manually uninstall Actian Zen database engine.
  2. Reinstall Actian Zen by running Repair on Sage 50. Refer to How to run Repair.
  3. Verify Sage 50 opens.

Section 2: System.AccessViolationException

  1. Run SageReg.exe from the program path. Refer to How to find data path and program path.
  2. Click Activate.
  3. Verify that you can open Sage 50.
