Cause

A supported version of Microsoft Outlook is not on the workstation.

Resolution
  1. Install a supported version for Microsoft Office on the workstation.
  2. Refer to the article below for a list of the supported versions of Microsoft Office for Sage 300 CRE. Note that for Office 2013, you will need Sage 300 Accounting and Real Estate versions 13 or later to have the send feature work successfully.
