| How to copy a Custom Office task or screen to another user and company code |

Note: This requires use of the Custom Office module application (also known as Customizer). Not all installations of Sage 100 include this module.
Note: This is considered customization. Using the Custom Office application module requires knowledge and familiarity. Sage 100 Customer Support does not assist in creating customizations and may not be able to troubleshoot or resolve errors or issues that may arise from customizations (this also applies to custom scripts). If you encounter an error or issue, you may have to delete or remove the customization and start over. Therefore, you may want to get assistance from your local Sage business partner or a qualified consultant. There is also Customizer training available on Sage University (www.sageu.com).
Possible Resolution:
- Get all other users to log out of Sage 100 ERP.
- Open Modules, Custom Office, Main menu, Customizer Selection.
- Open [Customized Panels], select the module and specific task window
- Example: Sales Order, Sales Order Entry
- Select the specific User/Group and Company customization to copy from
- Example: All Users, ABC Company
- Highlight or select DMAIN, then click the Copy Task button to copy that set of customizations for the task
- Note: Copying DMAIN will copy the other panel/tabs that reside on that task window as well
- In the Copy Custom Panel window, select the specific User/Group and Company combination to copy to, then click OK
- Upon receiving the message that the item has been "successfully copied to", click OK
- Click Close to exit the Customizer Selection window
