| How to delete or reset a Custom Office task, screen, or panel customization |

Note: This requires use of the Custom Office module application (also known as Customizer). Not all installations of Sage 100 include this module. Note: This is considered customization. Using the Custom Office application module requires knowledge and familiarity. Sage 100 Customer Support does not assist in creating customizations and may not be able to troubleshoot or resolve errors or issues that may arise from customizations (this also applies to custom scripts). If you encounter an error or issue, you may have to delete or remove the customization and start over. Therefore, you may want to get assistance from your local Sage business partner or a qualified consultant. There is also Customizer training available on Sage University (www.sageu.com). Note: Main panels (and all associated sub-panels) can be deleted; individual sub-panels can be reset but not deleted. - Get all other users to log out of Sage 100
- Open Modules, Custom Office, Main menu, Customizer Selection
- Open [Customized Panels], select the module and specific task window
- Example: Sales Order, Sales Order Entry
- Select the specific User/Group and Company customization
- Example: User JIM, All companies (a customization that applies to just Jim and any and all companies that Jim accesses)
- Example: All users, ABX company (a customization that applies to all users accessing ABX company)
- Example: All users, ABC company (a customization that applies to all users in any and all companies they access)
- One the specific customization is selected, choose to Delete or Reset as follows:
- To Delete the specific customization for a main panel (such as DMAIN or DMAINW) and all sub-panels associated with it:
- Highlight or select the panel
- Click the Delete Panel button (this is a red "X" button on the vertical menu to the right)
- Note: Deleting a main panel will delete all sub-panels associated with it.
- Click Yes when prompted to delete the specific Module, Task, Panel for the User and Company combination specified.
- Click Close to exit the Customizer Selection window
- To Reset a panel or sub-panel (such as PMAIN):
- Highlight tor select the panel or sub-panel
- Click the Edit Panel button
- On the Customizer tool bar, select Panel, Header
- In the Panel Header Definition window, click Reset
- In the Reset Panel window, Choose one of the following:
- Reset Only the Header Settings to Sage 100 ERP Defaults
- Reset All Settings for the Current Panel to Sage 100 ERP Defaults
- Click OK in the Reset Panel window
- Click OK in the Panel Header Definition window if you are returned to that window
- Click OK if prompted with a message that the window or panel size has been changed
- On the Customizer tool bar, click the Save button
- Click OK when prompted with the message that the customized panel was saved
- On the Customizer tool bar, click the Exit button
- Click Close to exit the Customizer Selection window
