You can access your journals and printouts from File, Printouts.

  • By default, printouts are saved to the company data folder in Sage 300 CRE applications.
  • Printouts may be saved in the root of the company data folder, or they may be automatically organized. If the latter, their organization settings may be reviewed in Tools, Options, Journals, Journal Folder.
  • If they are saved elsewhere, look in File, Company Settings, File Locations, Printouts. If there is a location specified under the Data Folder column, the printouts will default to this location. If there is nothing entered under the Data Folder column for Printouts, then it will default to the company folder location.
  • The report design can have the location built in to the report. Open the report in Report Designer, and from the file menu, select Page Setup, Print Options, and click Select File.
  • If the affected printout still cannot be located, be aware that Sage 300 CRE allows the printout location to be manually changed during the save of the printout. The file(s) may have been saved to any location available to the Windows or Domain User who created the printout. The Windows Search function can be used to attempt to locate it. You may need to contact your IT professional for assistance with this.
