Set up printout location

 NOTE: You need access to configure File Location and Printouts in the Security Administration for this procedure. That is, Common Tasks, File, Printouts and Common Tasks, File, Company Settings, File Locations. 

1. Open any module.
2. Go to File, Company Settings, and File Locations.
3. Scroll down to the Printouts file type.
4. Enter the UNC path to the Data Folder you want to use as the printout location. For example, \\SERVERNAME\Sage\Timberline Office\9.5\Printouts.

 CAUTION: Don't change any other File Locations settings. Check out the article on changing an existing file location.
