Description

Cause

Module menu structure is missing from MNUMOD.txt file located in the ...\MAS90\LAUNCHER folder.

Resolution

CAUTION: Use caution when working with the below product functionality. Always create a backup of your data before proceeding with advanced solutions. If necessary, seek the assistance of a qualified Sage business partner, network administrator, or Sage customer support analyst.

Restore the MNUMOD.txt from a backup location.
Rename the existing file to .OLD before restoring the file.

If issue still exists, copy the MNUMOD.txt from another installation of the same version.

This may impact Custom Reports or other 3rd-party installations and how they display on the menu.
