If you use Payroll

1. Go to PR, Utilities, Maintain Payroll Parameters.
2. Enter the value in the Federal ID # field.

If you use Accounts Payable only

1. Go to AP, Vendors, 1099 Processing.
2. Enter the value in the Federal ID # field.

 NOTE: Changing the Federal Tax ID# will cause an error when running tax reports.  The error occurs because historical files are linked to the original Federal ID number.
