Error: "Data is not selected for report printing" in Sales Order Picking Sheet Printing for specific sales orders
Description
This error also occurs when the customer uses MultiBin and has items that have not been distributed to bins.
Cause
  • Line items on the sales order are Backordered or Quantity Ordered is zero
  • SO_SalesOrderPrint.m4t data file may be corrupted
Resolution
[BCB:1:Backup warning:ECB]
  • If line items on the sales order are backordered, select (check) the "Include Back Ordered Lines" check box in Picking Sheet Printing.
  • If line items on the sales order have the Quantity Ordered field amount at zero (0), go into Sales Order Entry and enter a quantity on the line(s)
  • If the issue seems to occur with specific sales orders, the SO_SalesOrderPrint.m4t data file may be corrupted. Rebuild the file. For more information, see the Related Resources section below on how to Rebuild Key Files.
