Resolution | Payroll forms: - To reprint W-2s, see Reprint W-2/W-3 forms in Enhanced Tax Reporting
- To reprint Federal or State quarterly or yearly tax forms
- PR, Taxes, Enhanced Tax Reporting and eFiling.
- In the 'Form type' section, select Existing Forms.
- Click OK.
- Select the desired form from the list and click View/Print
NOTE: The form must have a status of Record or Print&Mail. - The form previews to a screen where you can reprint the forms.
- If you do not see the form, you may have processed it from an archive company
- Restore a backup from the desired year to a new ID and process the report
1099 forms: - AP, Vendors, 1099 Processing.
- Select Open a saved file.
- Select OK.
- Select the 1099 period desired.
- Click Edit to view the 1099 History Options.
- Select Reprint Completed 1099s, then Next.
- Make your choices for the forms to reprint, then Next.

- If you do not see the form, you may have processed it from an archive company
- Restore a backup from the desired year to a new ID and process the report
TIP: Print tax forms for the prior year - Once you have updated your Aatrix forms for the current tax year, prior-year forms are no longer available in Sage BusinessWorks
- You can only print prior year data on current year tax forms
- Download prior year forms from the IRS website and manually enter data
- If you need to have the tax form printed for any year other than the current tax year

- Aatrix can only provide prior year Year-end forms such as the W-2
- Aatrix may be able to support efiling forms from a prior year, contact Aatrix support for further assistance
