There are distribution records for the invoice, but the invoice record doesn't exist. Possible causes:

• Error: "Invoice not found in the master file. Payment not voided"
• Error: "Invoice not found" (trailing spaces after the invoice ID in Accounts Payable)
• Invoice record not found for distributions that still exist in Accounts Payable
• An abort during processing
• Running out of disk space during processing
• A ransomware virus that corrupted data
• File Doctor found corruption and deleted the corrupt records

1. Check the documented causes listed above.
2. Follow the linked steps as needed to resolve.
3. If the cause was an abort, disk space, or corruption, restore a backup of your data made before the issue occurred.
4. If you don't have a backup, or don't know when the corruption occurred, contact Sage Support. Support will determine if a file fix is possible. There may be a fee associated with the file fix.
