To verify the number of Uses per modules you may login to the Sage Customer Portal https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com/irj/portal/anonymous/login to review your account information.
Verify the number of licenses / uses in the Customer Portal
- Log into the Sage Customer Portal.
- Select Profile > profile details and note the Company ID and Company Name.
- Select Activation codes > details and locate the User count associated with the product or modules you are trying to use.
Resolve discrepancies in Use Counts
If the number of uses that displays in the Sage Customer Portal differs from your expected number of uses, contact the Sage Sales team via phone or email to identify the cause of the discrepancy.
