Fix red X when clearing licenses

Resolve locked file shares on the server

When file shares remain locked, Sage Timeslips can’t clear licenses and displays a red X.

Follow the steps in Multiple Windows file handles open on the server to identify and close locked files.

After you release the file handles, retry clearing licenses in Sage Timeslips.
