Conflict with Antivirus

• Contact the antivirus provider to set file exclusions for the Sage\BWData, Sage\BWProg and Pervasive folder
• If you are on Windows 10, go to Settings, Personalization, Themes and download a new theme and apply it 

Default Printer Driver

• Change the Windows default printer to a different printer

Payroll time cards don't calculate, month-end close loops or doesn’t complete
Blank customer records cause reports, close, and rebuild to freeze
Inventory Reports freeze or module close won’t start
Blank vendor records cause check printing, reports, close, and rebuild to freeze
