  1. Reboot your workstation.
  2. If the issue continues, disable your antivirus software (Norton 360, AVG, Avast, etc.). Sometimes, it’s necessary to remove the antivirus software.
  3. Reinstall Sage BusinessWorks.
  4. Install the most current service pack.
  5. Enable your antivirus software.
