You can check your company's Primary Contact by accessing the Customer Portal. Only the Primary Contact can manage their company contacts and payment details in the Customer Portal. Verify if you're the primary contact - Log in to the Customer Portal.
- Go to Manage My Account.
- Click View, add, update and remove company contacts.
You can manage your contacts if you're the Primary Contact. Otherwise, the system will show the Primary Contact's name and ask you to contact them. Learn what's new at the Customer Portal. |
