Summary

You can export data from Sage 100 using internal applications or external ODBC-compliant programs. Read which ODBC drivers to use, how to verify driver installation, and applications that support data export.

Resolution

CAUTION: Sage support can't assist with third-party products, hardware, or report customizations. Refer to our scope of support for more information.

Verify the correct ODBC driver

  1. For Sage 100 4.10 and higher, use MAS 90 4.0 ODBC Driver.
  2. For Sage 100 4.05 and earlier, use MAS 90 32-bit ODBC Driver.

Verify the SOTAMAS90 DSN and Driver

  1. Open Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Data Sources (ODBC).
  2. Click the User DSN tab and confirm SOTAMAS90 exists. Note the assigned driver.
  3. Click the Driver tab and verify you see SOTAMAS90 driver listed.
