MyAssistant and MyCommunicator compatibility with Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate

What versions of MyAssistant and MyCommunicator are compatible with your version of Sage 300 CRE?

The chart below contains current and recently supported versions of Sage 300 CRE with the corresponding version of Sage MyAssistant. We update this chart as the versions change.

If you don’t follow the supported combination, it can result in error messages and the MyAssistant program crashes.

** MyAssistant doesn’t use Revision numbers like Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate. They occasionally release modified builds to correct defects. These can have different version numbers (such as 20.1 versus 20.3). Use the build date on the download file name to determine if we released an update. For example, MyAssistant22.1(12-12-22).zip.

Sage MyCommunicator

The current supported version of MyCommunicator works with Sage 300 CRE version 20.3 and later.
