These reports have not been QA'd and are provided as a reporting tool.
Important Note: The revised form 941 and instructions that outline the changes to Form 941 associated with reporting of the COVID-19 related Sick and FLMLA pays and Social Security wages have been finalized by the IRS as of 06-27-2020.

- The COVIDPaysTaxReport.rpt can be used to show the wages for your COVIDSICK and COVIDFMLA pays.

- This report is not specific to those exact ID's and provides prompt fields for you to enter your exact Pay ID.
- This report combines the FWH, MED, MEDADDL and SOC tax paid by your employee, as well as the MED_E, Subject to MED_E, SOC_E, Subject to SOC_E and Health Fringe paid by the Employer.
- There is a prompt field where you can enter your Employer Health Fringe ID.
- This report runs by Check Date, and can be run from your New or Current PR transaction files.
- The report includes the Subject to for MED_E and SOC_E for COVIDSICK and COVIDFMLA. You'll need this information when filling out the 941 report, Part 1 Section 5.

- The COVIDPaysTaxReportRevisedDecember2020.rpt can be used to show the wages for your COVIDSICK,COVIDFMLA and COVFMLA10 pays.

- The report includes the SOC_E amounts associated with the COVIDSICK, COVIDFMLA and COVFMLA10. You'll need this information when filling out the 941 report, Part 1 Section 5. You may need this information when filing form W-2 as well.

- The COVIDPaysTaxReportbyCheckDate.rpt and COVIDPaysTaxReportbyCheckDateRevisedDecember2020.rpt can be used to show the wages for your COVIDSICK,COVIDFMLA and COVFMLA10 pays sorted in check date order and include monthly check date and monthly totals. These report can be used to calculate the amounts needed to fill out form 941 Schedule B.

- The pays associated with the FFRCA are not subject to Employer Social Security. Sage 300 CRE Payroll is not able to exclude the amounts of the COVID-19 related pays from the calculation of wages that are subject to Employer Social Security because the wages are still Subject to Employer Medicare where the option to set the Pay as Exempt from the employer taxes for FICA would apply to both Medicare and SOC_E.

- The PRCOVID19SOCETaxCalculationReport.rpt and PRCOVID19SOCETaxCalculationReportRevisedDecember2020 can be used as a means to report the amounts of COVID-19 Pays that accumulated SOC_E taxable and subject to wages.

- This report is inclusive of all pays on each check, and is provided as an additional tool to assist with adjustments to payroll tax deposits as well as quarter and year end federal reports.
