Follow the steps to delete the launcher key
If you prefer to follow step-by step guidance, use the steps below.
Delete the launcher registry key
Log in to Windows as the Sage BusinessWorks user experiencing the issue.
Open Windows Start, type Run, then type REGEDIT.
NOTE:
Don’t run REGEDIT as administrator. Run it as the affected user.
Select HKEY_CURRENT_USER.
Select Software.
Select Sage.
Select Sage BusinessWorks.
Select 2.0.
Select the Launcher folder.
Right‑click Launcher, and select Delete.
Reopen Sage BusinessWorks
Open Sage BusinessWorks.
The system opens the SAMPLE company.
Select File, Select Company, and choose your company before processing.
NOTE:
When a user remotely accesses their own PC, the display settings can change. Ensure the remote settings aren’t changing the PC settings.
