ARCHIVED: How to access and register for the Sage Customer Portal

Resolution

  1. Click Login (sign up) in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Enter your Portal Logon and password.
    • If you are not already registered select Sign Up for a Portal Account
      1. Select I am an existing Sage customer, my Sage Customer Account ID is
      2. Enter your 10 digit Sage account number that starts with 400
      3. Click Continue
      4. Enter your contact details and select the email address and password to be used when logging into the Customer Portal
      5. Click Sign up
      6. You will then be sent an email to verify your account, once the account is verified this is the account that will be used to login to the Sage Customer Portal and for when selecting downloads from the Sage BusinessWorks: Download Portal
    • If you have forgotten your password select Reset My Password
  3. Once logged in, select Sage BusinessWorks in the 'Choose your Product' section.
