Video 1: New install on a network server. 

Video 2: New install on a standalone computer  

Install Sage BusinessWorks

  1. Ensure your system meets our system requirements.
  2. Download the product.
  3. Use the checklist to install Sage BusinessWorks. This includes checklists for Network, Standalone, Application/Remote Desktop Server Environments, and Remote Desktop Server environments.
  4. Log in using MANAGER and no password.
  5. Register your software.
  6. Download and install the current service pack for your version. Install service packs on the server, terminal server, and all client workstations.
  7. If you are restoring backups from an older version of Sage BusinessWorks, run the database update for all companies at the server.
  8. If using a network version, install the client on your workstations.
